Y. Yes, we are a fully accredited and authorised Canon reseller. We buy direct from Canon so you know that the equipment we sell is intended for the UK market and is compliant with EU regulations. All the parts and consumables we fit are genuine Canon.

Q. What industry experience do you have?

A. The staff at Citrus Digital are Canon trained and have many years of industry experience working with Canon products in key roles such as senior technical and management positions.

Q. I am interested in buying a number of devices from you but have offices across the UK, can you service these machines?

A. We are able to provide sales and service in all parts of the UK with our own technicians and our network of associated resellers. As authorised resellers we also have access to the manufacturer technical staff and support personnel based around the country so you can be assured that your machines will be well looked after.

Q. Apart from Copiers, what else can you provide?

A. We sell and support printers, scanners, copiers and document management software such as Invu and eCopy. Our sister company Citrus Print Solutions are specialists in labels, label printing equipment, barcode systems and in-line applicators for product labeling and sticker applications.
